Answering visitors every day on

Features

Everything your support team uses

No marketing automation, no chatbot upsell. A fast inbox, the client’s context, and replies from wherever your team already is.

Reply From Telegram

Every conversation opens its own forum topic. Type a reply in Telegram and the visitor sees it instantly; edits and deletes stay in sync.

WHMCS Client Card

Services, unpaid invoices and client details next to the chat. Open a ticket in WHMCS without leaving the conversation.

Live Drafts

See what the visitor is typing before they hit send, so the answer is ready when the question lands.

Saved Replies & Notes

Type / for a saved reply. Leave internal notes that visitors never see, in the panel or with ! in Telegram.

Files & Screenshots

Visitors drop in a screenshot of the error; operators send back a config file. Up to 10 MB, stored on your server.

Team & Assignment

Admins and agents, Mine and Unassigned views, profile photos, and instant sign-out when you disable an operator.

Telegram

Your inbox lives in Telegram too

Connect a forum group once. Each conversation becomes a topic, so your team can answer from a phone at 3 AM without opening a laptop.

  • Replies, files and photos go straight to the visitor
  • Edit a message in Telegram and the chat updates; reply with /delete to remove it
  • Start a line with ! for an internal note, /close to resolve
  • Only linked operators are forwarded, so the group stays safe
WHMCS

Know who you’re talking to before you reply

Signed-in clients are verified with an HMAC signature from your WHMCS hook. No more “what’s your email?” at the start of every chat.

  • Active services, due dates and unpaid invoices at a glance
  • Open a WHMCS ticket from the conversation in one click
  • Connect over a pinned certificate and a fixed IP, even on self-signed origins

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who is StormDesk for?

Hosting and infrastructure companies that sell through WHMCS and run support from Telegram. We built it for StormCloud and StormEdge first, and every feature is used by our own team daily.

Can operators work only from Telegram?

Yes. Link your account once with /link and answer, edit, delete, add notes and close conversations without opening the panel.

Can visitors see internal notes?

Never. Notes are kept apart from visitor messages, and a reply that quotes a note is blocked before it reaches the widget.

Does it work with one inbox for several brands?

Yes. Each site sets its own title and color on the script tag, and every conversation shows which site it came from.

How do I get StormDesk for my company?

We are onboarding a small number of hosting companies. Start a conversation with us using the chat button and tell us about your setup.
